*We ordered 22 pieces from you guys and our experience has been wonderful. We did a lot of market research before deciding to go ahead with furniture geek...one has to be prepared to do this when ordering furniture without the middle man. Even in initial calls about prices, we were always treated with great respect and we never felt under pressure to put the order through. We were simply given the information very politely by Chanda, who has been the most professional, polite and pleasant salesperson we have ever dealt with (she even sent a Thank-you note when the deposit was received). The furniture arrived on schedule. We had two issues with the order...one of which was due to an oversight on our part. We called Furniture geek and got through to LG and he immediately called the manufacturer on our behalf to help resolve our problem. He even left his cell phone number so that we could get in touch with him after work hours, if necessary. He also resolved our other little issue very quickly (a couple of screws were missing), and we got them mailed a week later. Like Chanda, LG was amazing. All in all, it has been a great experience and we have recommended Furniture geek to our friends. We wish you guys every success. You really deserve it.

The very next day I received a call from an extremely nice young lady, namely, Chelsey. She was so helpful and at once we developed an excellent relationship. I have since had to call with more questions, and when she was not available, the other people taking the calls were just as polite and helpful. That is what separates one company from another. The fact that you actually returned a call was very impressive to me. In dealing with all the people I have had to deal with in the last few months, my biggest gripe is that no one returns calls. I have since recommended your business to my friends and will continue to do so. I haven't received my furniture yet because my home is not ready, but she assured me that it will be held for me until we are ready for it. I couldn't ask for any more.
